About Chef Sergio Crivelli

Born in Spoleto, worldly renouned gastronomical center, he lived in Assisi, passing through several Italian cities, like Terni, Milan and Rome. He has an international resume passing through Lozanne (Switzerland), Munich (Germany), London (UK), Lisbon, between other smaller stays though all Europe. His entrepreneurial ambition, always led him to face great challenges, like studying to excel as a cook, working on the best hotels of the biggest European cities, and, like that, having learned and developed his art with the best chefs of his area, especially the Italian cuisine. His grand-mother was already greatly fond of dishes focused on pure flavor, she developed delicious recipes with truffles, which makes Chef Sergio Crivelli a lover of mushrooms and truffles as well as one of the biggest specialist in the country.
